Tato bakalářská práce informuje o formách náhradní rodinné péče v České republice a zaměřuje se především na pěstounskou péči. Následně se podrobně věnuje problematice dohod o výkonu pěstounské péče, o jejich legislativním ukotvení, postupech při uzavírání, s právy a povinnostmi z nich plynoucích pro zúčastněné strany, ale i se způsoby jejich zániku či s výpověďmi dohod. This bachelor thesis informs about the forms of substitute family care in the Czech Republic, and focuses on foster care. The thesis is devoted to the problems of agreements of performance of foster care in detail, further law-making, procedures in concluding of agreements, rights and duties of participants, and ways of termination or testimonies of agreements.
