Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is business plan for SME with focus on a business plan development for successful launching of a new company in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the nature of business plan, its structure, and inherent components, such as marketing and financial plans. The practical part of this thesis is focused on development of business plan and application of the scholastic attainments, described in the theoretical part for the objective achievement. In the conclusion I summarize the known data, test hypothesis and appraise objectives achievement.
