Measure of General Nature as a Form of Administrative Activity
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá opatřením obecné povahy, jak je upraveno ve správním řádu, soudním řádu správním a ve zvláštních zákonech. Jedná se o poměrně novou formu činnosti veřejné správy, jejíž aplikace přináší některé nejasnosti. V této souvislosti jsou v práci rovněž zmíněna některá rozhodnutí Nejvyššího správního soudu a Ústavního soudu, která se opatřením obecné povahy zabývají.

Bachelor's thesis deals with the Measure of General Nature, which is regulated in Administrative Procedure Rules, Administrative Court Procedure Rules and specific directives. The Measure of General Nature is relatively new form of administrative activity, that brings some ambiguities in its aplication.
