Abstract:

CEJNAROVÁ, Eliška. Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s flegmonou dolní končetiny. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Karolína Stuchlíková, PhD. Praha. 2022. 66 s. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky s flegmonou dolní končetiny. Cílem práce je obeznámit čtenáře s chirurgickým řešením flegmony dolní končetiny a popsat ošetřovatelskou péči u pacientky po této chirurgické operaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části práce je popsána etiologie, klinický obraz, diagnostika, vyšetřovací metody, léčba a také specifika, jako je podtlaková terapie a autotransplantace. V praktické části práce je popsán proces ošetřovatelské péče u pacientky po chirurgickém řešení flegmony. Praktická část obsahuje tři rozpracované ošetřovatelské diagnózy – akutní bolest, strach a zácpa a jejich krátkodobé i dlouhodobé cíle byly splněny. K jejím sestavením byla použita NANDA I Taxonomie II 2018-2020. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro praxi.

Praha. 2022. 66 pages. Bachelor thesis is focused on the nursing process in a patient with phlegmon of the lower limb. The aim of the thesis is to familiarize the reader with the surgical solution of phlegmon of the lower limb and to describe the nursing care of the patient after this surgical operation. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the etiology, clinical picture, diagnostics, examination methods, treatment, as well as specifics such as vacuum therapy and autotransplantation. The practical part contains three unfinished nursing diagnoses – acute pain, fear and constipation and their short-term and long-term goals have been met. NANDA I Taxonomy II 2018-2020 was used to build it. At the end of the thesis there are recommendations for practice.
