Retreat tourism as a new trend in tourism market demand

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce s názvem Retreat turismus jako nový trend v poptávce na trhu cestovního ruchu, je zjistit povědomí a specifikovat poptávku po nových trendech v oblasti retreat turismu. Tato forma cestovního ruchu, která se zaměřuje na únik z každodenního shonu, je na trhu novinkou a má velký potenciál k rozvoji vzhledem k rostoucímu tempu života a vyššímu výskytu stresu ve společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí: teoretická, analytická a výstupy a poznatky práce. První teoretická část, definuje cestovní ruch, volný čas a jejich vzájemný vztah a přiblíží základní aktuální trendy v cestovním ruchu. Druhá polovina teoretické části se přímo zaměřuje na retreat turismus, definici, základní historii a vznik této formy cestovního ruchu a více přiblíží konkrétní vybrané aktivity retreatových pobytů. Druhá analytická část práce, popisuje a hodnotí realizované dotazníkové šetření, které zkoumalo povědomí respondentů o této formě cestovního ruchu. Také je v analytické části zhodnocený rozvoj retreat turismu v České republice a v závěru této části práce jsou konkrétní nabídky pobytů. Další část práce se věnuje výstupům a poznatkům práce, kde jsou uvedena doporučení pro retreat turismu, na základě výzkumu a zkoumání, které během zpracování práce probíhalo.

Abstract:

The main objective of the bachelor thesis entitled Retreat tourism as a new trend in tourism market demand is to find out the awareness and specify the demand for new trends in the field of retreat tourism. This form of tourism, which focuses on escaping from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, is new to the market and has great potential for development, given the increasing pace of life and higher incidence of stress in society. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical, and the outcomes and findings of the thesis. The first theoretical part, defines tourism, leisure and their interrelationship and introduces the main current trends in tourism. The second half of the theoretical part focuses directly on retreat tourism, the definition, basic history and the emergence of this form of tourism and will take a closer look at specific selected retreat activities. The second analytical part of the thesis, describes and evaluates the questionnaire survey conducted to investigate the awareness of this form of tourism. Also, in the analytical part, is evaluated the development of retreat tourism in the Czech Republic and specific offers of stays are given at the end of this part of the thesis. The next part of the thesis is devoted to the outputs and findings of the thesis, where recommendations for retreat tourism are given, based on the research and investigation that took place during the thesis processing.
