Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem interpersonální vztahy klientů domova pro seniory. Autor charakterizuje typy interpersonálních vztahů seniorů s jejich rodinami, přáteli mimo instituci, ostatními uživateli sociální služby a personálem domova pro seniory. Analyzuje intenzitu vztahů seniorů. Vymezuje faktory, které představují v prožívání interpersonálních vztahů, či v jejich rozvoji bariéru. Na základě výsledků výzkumu autor uvádí, že senioři prožívají pozitivní vztah se svými potomky, sourozenci, přáteli mimo instituci domova pro seniory a ostatními uživateli sociální služby. Nejčastější bariéru v prožívání interpersonálních vztahů tvoří časová zaneprázdněnost, vysoká vzdálenost a úmrtí blízkých osob seniorů. Autor klade velký důraz na podporu rozvoje interpersonálních vztahů seniorů s jejich blízkými osobami v rámci společných smysluplných aktivit, které realizuje domov pro seniory.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis's topic is Interpersonal Relationships Clients of Home for the Elderly. The author characterizes a types of interpersonals relationships with their familes friends who are outside the institution other users of social services and staffs of home for the elderly. She analyzes intensity of relationships between seniors. She identifies factors which represents in experience of interpersonal relationships or their development barrier. On based of results research the author states that seniors have a positive relationships with their children, siblings and friends who are outside the institution and other users of social service. Several of the most common barriers in experiencing of interpersonal relationships are busyness, as well as long distance of their friends and death of close persons. The author emphasizes to support the development of interpersonal relationships of seniors with their close persons within common meaningful activities which are realized by the home for the elderly.
