Abstract:

Absolventská práce popisuje okolnosti vydávávání a vývoj zájmu o knihu Adolfa Hitlera „Mein Kampf“ od jejího prvního publikování až do současnosti. Cílem této mé absolventské práce je prověřit zájem a informovanost dnešní mládeže o knize „Mein Kampf“. První část práce obsahuje životopis Adolfa Hitlera do doby, kdy vydal svoji knihu, doplněný o události a myšlenky, které ovlivnily jeho vlastní názory. Dále tato část obsahuje stručný obsah a charakteristiku knihy „Mein Kampf“, historii jejího vydávání a vývoj zájmu o ní. Tato část také obsahuje popis překladů knihy „Mein Kampf“ do češtiny doplněný o vývoj pravicového extremismu na území České republiky. Druhá část práce popisuje průběh a výsledky dotazníkového šetření provedeného na Střední průmyslové škole dopravní, a. s., Plzeňská 298/217a, Praha 5 - Motol jehož úkolem bylo zjistit zájem a informovanost zdejších studentů o knize „Mein Kampf“. V závěru dokládám na základě výsledku dotazníkového šetření, že respondenti jsou o knize „Mein Kampf“ dobře informováni a že o knihu projevili alespoň částečný zájem.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses circumstances of publishing and the evolution of interest in Adolf Hitler´s book „Mein Kampf“ from its first publication till the present time. The major goal of this thesis is to check out the interest and knowledge of today´s teen-agers of the book „Mein Kampf“. The first part of the thesis deals with Adolf Hitler´s biography till the time of the publication of his book. Hitler´s biography is accompanied by events and thoughts that influenced his own attitudes. Further this work contains short summary and the characteristics of the book „Mein Kampf“, the history of its publication and the evolution of interest in this book. This part also includes the description of translations of the book „Mein Kampf“ into the Czech language and the evolution of right-wing extremism on the territory of the Czech Republic. The second part of the thesis analyses the course and results of the questionnaire survey carried out at “Střední průmyslová škola dopravní, a. s., Plzeňská 298/217a, Praha 5 - Motol”. The aim of this survey was to find out the interest and awareness of local students of the book „Mein Kampf“. In the closing part of the thesis author concludes on the ground of results of the survey that respondents are well informed of the book „Mein Kampf“ and that they show at least partial interest in this book.
