Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů, kde je zmíněn vývoj, historie a moderní pojetí lidských zdrojů v současné době. Dále je zde nastíněna environmentální odpovědnost, kde jsou zmíněné různé dopady lidských chyb a faktorů plus normy a certifikace a v poslední kapitole se práce věnuje zelenému řízení lidských zdrojů, což je nejmodernější pojetí řízení lidských zdrojů.

This work deals with human resource management, which mentions the development, history, and modern concept of human resources today. Furthermore, there is outlined environmental responsibility, where the various impacts of human error and factors plus standards and certification are mentioned, and in the last chapter the work deals with green human resource management, which is the most modern concept …more
