The Role of a Social Worker and a Social Educator in a Nonprofit Organization Duševní zdraví

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je objasnit uplatnění sociálního pracovníka a sociálního pedagoga v neziskové organizaci Duševní zdraví. Téma mé diplomové práce vzniklo na základě zkušeností v neziskové organizaci Duševní zdraví, kde jako sociální pracovník působím. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část diplomové práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola teoretické části pojednává o teoretických východiscích. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na možnosti uplatnění sociálního pracovníka a sociálního pedagoga v neziskové organizaci Duševní zdraví o.p.s. Poslední kapitola se věnuje neziskovým organizacím a jejich významu pro fungování pro osoby s duševním onemocněním. V empirické části je vylíčen výzkum a jeho výsledky, které byly získány prostřednictvím narativních rozhovorů s pracovníky neziskové organizace. Získaná data byla následně zpracována pomocí otevřeného a axiálního kódování. Cílem výzkumu je zmapovat náplň práce sociálních pracovníků a sociálních pedagogů v neziskové organizace u osob s duševním onemocněním.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is to clarify the role of social workers and social pedagogues in a non-profit organization of Mental Health. The topic of thesis was developed based on experience in the non-profit organization of Mental Health, where I was working as a social worker. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses the theoretical theoretical foundations. The second chapter focuses on the possibilities of social worker and social educator in an NGO Mental Health o.p.s. The last chapter is devoted to non-profit organizations and their significance for fun-tioning for people with mental illness. In the empirical part, portrayed the research and its results, which were obtained through narrative interviews with employees of nonprofit organizations and partially with clients. The obtained data were processed using open and axial coding. The aim of the research is to explore the diversity of social workers and social pedagogues in the non-profit organi-sation for people with mental illness.
