Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá reálným investičním záměrem na výstavbu sportovní haly pro potřeby jednoho z pražských sportovních oddílů. Cílem práce je v postupných krocích nejdříve získat představu prostřednictvím situační analýzy o současném stavu řešeného problému nedostatku sportovních kapacit pro činnost oddílu házené, dále pak učinit doporučení řešení této situace formou zamýšleného investičního záměru a následně zjistit využitím metody cost-benefit analýzy, zda je ekonomicky výhodné takový záměr realizovat a následně provozovat. Tomu odpovídá i struktura práce, jež je rozdělena na teoretickou, metodologickou, praktickou a závěrečnou část. Výstupy práce tvoří jednak zevrubný popis stávající situace, analýza možností jejího řešení a konečně zjištění potvrzující stanovené hypotézy a doporučující projekt realizovat a provozovat výhradně s využitím veřejné podpory. Hlavním přínosem práce je kromě vytvoření uceleného přehledu informací k řešenému problému také její reálná využitelnost pro možné další kroky vedoucí k realizaci záměru.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with a real investment plan for the construction of a sports hall for the needs of one of the Prague sports clubs. The aim of the thesis is to first get an idea by situational analysis of the current state of the problem of lack of sports capacities for this club and to make recommendations for solving this condition in the way of the intended investment plan and then to find out using the method of the cost-benefit analysis whether it is economically advantageous to implement such a plan and subsequently to operate it. This corresponds to the structure of the work, which is divided into a theoretical, methodological, practical and final part. The outputs of the thesis are both a detailed description of the current situation, an analysis of the possibilities of its solution, and finally a finding confirming the established hypothesis and recommending the project to be implemented and operated exclusively with the use of public financial support. The main benefit of this work is, in addition to creating a comprehensive overview of the information about the problem solved, its real usability for possible further steps leading to the realization of the project.
