Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právním postavením orgánů obce. V úvodu je rozebrána problematika státní správy a samosprávy. Následuje vymezení jednotlivých obecních orgánů. Nejvýznamnějším z nich je zastupitelstvo obce. Práce je doplněna také komparací se zahraniční právní úpravou a příklady orgánů obce v praxi.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with legal status of municipal bodies. The state administration and local authority is analyzed, followed by description of municipal bodies, the most important of which is the municipal council. The thesis also makes comparison with foreign legislation on this matter and provides some practical examples.
