Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o právech dětí, které mají rodiče ve vězení. Zájem o ochranu jejich práv je minimální. Základním právem těchto dětí je právo na rodinný život. Podrobně je rozebráno právo na styk s vězněným rodičem, dále právo nebýt diskriminovaný, právo na informace a právo vyjádřit svůj názor. The thesis deals with the rights of children whose parents are in prison. The interest in protection of their rights is minimal. Fundamental right of these children is the right to family life. The right to maintain contact with an imprisoned parent is discussed in detail, further the right not to be discriminated, the right to information and the right to express opinion.
