Can restaurant waiters guess value of gratuity in advance?
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá schopností číšníků dopředu odhadnout spropitné. Práce začíná přehledem dostupné literatury o spropitném. Data pro analýzu byla sesbírána ve čtyřech brněnských restauracích od 6 číšníků. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with ability of waiters to guess value of gratuity in advance. In the first part, we introduce earlier studies on the topic of tipping. Data were obtained from four restaurants and six waiters. In second chapter I present variables and their descriptive statistics and we verify the ability of waiters to guess value of gratuity on correlation. Then we create regression analysis …more
