Abstract:

Táto práca sa zaoberá redesignom troch aplikácií na správu dopravy vytvorených spoločnosťou Siemens. Je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť obsahuje prehľad oblasti UX so základnými definíciami používaných pojmov a dostupných techník užívateľského výskumu. Taktiež popisuje rozličné spôsoby vytvárania prototypu. Praktická časť tejto práce opisuje proces redesignu aplikácií spomínaných vyššie. Špecifikuje použitú stratégiu, úvodnú analýzu problému a vykonaný uživateľský výskum. Taktiež popisuje detailnú analýzu tohto výskumu a vytvorenie interaktívneho prototypu, ktorý je výsledkom tejto práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the redesign of three traffic management applications developed by Siemens. It is divided to the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains an overview of the user experience field with the basic definition of used terms and available user research techniques and deliverables. It also discusses different approaches to prototyping. The practical part of this thesis describes the process of redesigning the applications mentioned above. It specifies the used strategy, initial analysis of the problems and conducted user research. It also further describes the detailed analysis based on the research and the creation of interactive prototype which is the product of this thesis.
