Balance items to claims
Abstract:
Opravné položky k pohledávkám se vytvářejí k pohledávkám za dlužníky v konkursním a vyrovnacím řízení a k nepromlčeným pohledávkám, které jsou zaúčtovány v účetnictví a jsou splatné po 31. 12. 1994. Výše opravné položky nesmí přesáhnout účetní hodnotu pohledávky, k níž je opravná položka tvořena.
Abstract:
Balance items to claims are created behind the debtors at insolvency, balance proceedings and to imprescriptable claims, which are billed inside of accounting and are payable after 31.12.1994. Amount of balance item can not exceed the value of the claim, for which the balance item created.
