Bakalářská práce zkoumá dostupnost vlastnického bydlení v České republice a jejích krajích v období 2007–2019. Teoretická část práce vymezuje bydlení jako statek, rezidenční trh, nabídku a poptávku na trhu bydlení a bytovou politiku. Praktická část práce zkoumá strukturu rezidenčního trhu. This bachelor thesis examines the availability of owner-occupied housing in the Czech Republic and its regions in the period 2007 to 2019. The theoretical part of the thesis defines housing as a farm, residential market, as well as supply and demand in the housing market and housing policy.
