Fair Value Measurement of the Nonfinancial Assets and Its Impact on the Deferred Income Tax

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je oceňování nefinančních aktiv reálnou hodnotou a její dopad na výpočet odložené daně z příjmů. V první části se diplomová práce zabývá teoretickými východisky vztahujícími se k danému tématu a konceptualizací základních pojmů. Druhá část práce obsahuje modelový příklad přecenění nefinančního majetku reálnou hodnotou u konkrétního podniku. Ve třetí části práce shrnuje všechny získané poznatky a hodnotí eventuální zavedení standardu IFRS 13 Oceňování reálnou hodnotou do české účetní legislativy v oblasti nefinančních aktiv.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the fair value measurement of nonfinancial assets and its impact on the calculation of deferred income tax. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical basis related to the topic and with conceptualisation of fundamental terms. In the second part there is an example of the fair value revaluation of nonfinancial assets in the specific company. The third part discusses all the results and evaluates the potential implementation of IFRS 13 Fair Value Measurement in area of nonfinancial assets to Czech accounting legislation.
