Adaptation of ŠKODA AUTO employees in Russia and China

Abstract:

Téma bylo vybráno na základě absolvování povinné praxe ve ŠKODA AUTO, kde většina zaměstnanců má za sebou zahraniční pracovní pobyty. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat proces adaptace zaměstnanců ŠKODA AUTO a. s. v Rusku a Číně, proces adaptace v obou zemích porovnat a vyhodnotit míru jeho efektivity. Během zpracovávání práce probíhají rozhovory se sedmi zaměstnanci. Tři z nich s absolvovanou služební cestou do Číny, další tři s absolvovanou služební cestou do Ruska a jeden se zkušenostmi z obou zemí. Vesměs všichni respondenti mluví o podobných problémech, především s infrastrukturou a zaostalostí dané země, avšak ze strany podniku byli respondenti dosti informováni již předem. I když by nikdo z respondentů v těchto zemích žít nechtěl, uvědomují si, že časem by si nejspíš zvykli.

Abstract:

The topic was settlet on practising internship in the ŠKODA AUTO company, where the most of the employees have rich experience with business trips across the borders. The Bachelor thesis aim at clarification adaptation process of ŠKODA AUTO employees in Russia and China, at comparison of both adaptation processes and at assessment of their efficiency. During the creating of the thesis there were interviews with seven ŠKODA AUTO employees. Three of them with experience with business travelling to China, next three of them with experience with business traveling to Russia and one with experience with both counteries. Almost every respondent speaks about same problems, specialy with bad infrastructure and backwardness of the counteries, although they were very good informed before the busines trip. In spite of the fact that nobody wants to live there, they admit that they would become accustomed to the counteries after some time.
