The outsourcing of educational outdoor activities for schools

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Outsourcing zážitkových aktivit se zaměřením na vzdělávací instituce, jejímž cílem je poukázat na přednosti outsourcingu veškerých zážitkových aktivit, zejména pak adaptačních kurzů. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První je teoreticko-metodologická část, která se zabývá základními pojmy vážícími se k cestovnímu ruchu a dále především charakteristikami cestovních kanceláří a agentur, outsourcingu služeb a jeho významu, adaptačními kurzy a zážitkovou pedagogikou. Analytická část práce se soustředí na provedení komparativní analýzy cestovní kanceláře Agentury Wenku a školy Gymnázium Budějovická, která v práci slouží jako modelová střední škola. Jejichž komparací byla potvrzena hypotéza, ze které tato práce vycházela, tedy nutná profesionalizace všech pracovníků v tomto oboru a propracované know-how organizace. Vyhodnocení komparativní analýzy poukázalo na silné a slabé stránky společnosti a na možná ohrožení a budoucí příležitosti, které ovlivňují její úspěšnost na trhu. V poslední části práce se zabývá návrhy na možná zlepšení, kterých by mohlo být využito v oblasti outsourcingu zážitkových služeb.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor`s thesis is Outsourcing of event activities with focus on educational institutions. It`s purpouse is to show advantages in outsourcing of all event activities especially adaptive courses. Thesis are divided into three parts. First one is theoretical and methodological and is targeted on basic concepts bounded with tourism. Further with characteristics of travel agencies, service outsourcing and it`s importance, adaptive courses and event pedagogy. Analytical part is focused on comparative analysis of travel agency Agentura Wenku and high school Budějovická which is considered to be a model high school. Comparing these two leaded to hypothesis aproval namely the need of professionalization of all employees in this field of business and know-how of organization. Results of comparative analysis shows strong and weak points of the company and also possible threads and future opportunities, which determinates the success on the market. The last part of the thesis is about possible improvement suggestions which could have been used in the field of event services outsourcing.
