Roma minority in the Czech society and examples of their successful integration.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je představit do české společnosti úspěšně integrované romské komunity, sociální skupiny či jednotlivce. Jádrem teoretické části bude představit vyloučené lokality regionu Ostravsko, definovat pojem ?úspěšná integrace? a stanovit zásady nutné pro úspěšnou integraci. Praktická část pak bude zaměřená na analýzu zásad úspěšné integrace na skutečném příkladu, zda jsou všechny zásady splněny včetně popisu, jakým způsobem jsou naplněny.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the Romany communities, the social groups or the individuals successfully integrated into the Czech society. The core of the theoretical part is to introduce the excluded areas of the Ostrava region, to define the term ?successful integration? and to determinate the principles essential for the successful integration. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the successful integration by a real example to verify whether the principles were met, including the description of the way of meeting them.
