Diplomová práce se zabývá mediací v České republice. Jejím cílem je analyzovat aktuální právní a psychologické aspekty mediace v ČR. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části představuje základní metody ADR a objasňuje pozici mediace mezi nimi. Poté je rozebrán proces mediace, její principy, osoba mediátora. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of current legal and psychological aspects of mediation in the Czech Republic. It aims to describe mediation as one of the methods of alternative dispute resolutions and analyse its current state in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of two parts.
