The use of artificial intelligence in the creation of graphics

Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím umělé inteligence při tvorbě grafiky, zejména v oblasti generativních grafických nástrojů. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat současné možnosti AI nástrojů používaných pro tvorbu vizuálního obsahu, porovnat jejich funkce a zhodnotit jejich praktické využití. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány principy umělé inteligence, její etické aspekty a dopady na oblast grafického designu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na porovnání vybraných AI nástrojů na základě stanovených kritérií, jako jsou přístupnost, uživatelská přívětivost, možnosti nastavení, typy generovaných výstupů a jazyková podpora. Výsledkem práce je bodové hodnocení jednotlivých nástrojů, vizuální ukázky výstupů a shrnutí jejich kladů a záporů. Diskuse se věnuje aktuálním trendům a budoucnosti AI v grafickém průmyslu. Práce přináší přehledné zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek testovaných nástrojů a přináší doporučení pro jejich praktické využití v praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis explores the use of artificial intelligence in graphic design, with a particular focus on generative graphic tools. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current capabilities of AI tools used for creating visual content, compare their features, and assess their practical applications. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the principles of artificial intelligence, its ethical aspects, and its impact on the field of graphic design. The practical part focuses on comparing selected AI tools based on defined criteria such as accessibility, user-friendliness, customization options, types of generated outputs, and language support. The outcomes of the thesis include a point-based evaluation of individual tools, visual examples of their outputs, and a summary of their strengths and weaknesses. The discussion addresses current trends and the future of AI in the graphic design industry. The thesis provides a clear assessment of the advantages and limitations of the tested tools and offers recommendations for their practical implementation.
