Abstract:
Obsahem práce je rozbor právních norem týkajících se institutu zrušení údaje o místu trvalého pobytu a návrh řešení současného nevyhovujícího stavu. Zákonný rámec dané oblasti poskytuje ustanovení § 12 zákona č. 133/2000 Sb., o evidenci obyvatel a rodných číslech a o změně některých zákonů.
