Proposal for optimization of production flows in a production company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na optimalizaci výrobního toku ve výrobní hale ve společnosti CHPS s.r.o. Pomocí procesních analýz a sestaveného layoutu výrobních toků jsou vyhodnocena nevyhovující místa, která jsou následně pomocí metod Lean a Six Sigma minimalizována. Díky návrhu optimálnějšího layoutu a dalších návrhů na zlepšení se docílí snížením manipulace a úspory času.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the optimization of the production flow in the production hall of the CHPS company. The critical areas are evaluated by process analysis and layout of the hall and these areas are minimised by Lean and Six Sigma methods. New layout and other improvements lead to lower manipulation and time reduction.
