System of selection and methodology of evaluation of food suppliers for Vietnamese grocery stores

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat proces provozu potravin řízených vietnamskými podnikateli žijící na území České republiky a zkoumání jejich priorit při výběru a hodnocení dodavatelských firem. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy jako je obchod, obchodní činnosti, dodavatelé, metody a kritéria pro výběr dodavatelů. Jsou zde popsány metody výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů a služby, které dodavatelské firmy poskytují. Praktická část popisuje zkoumání a fungování vietnamských potravin a provádí se zde dotazníkové šetření na danou problematiku.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the process of grocery stores managed by Vietnamese entrepreneurs living in the territory of the Czech Republic and to investigate their priorities by selection and methodology of evaluation of supply companies. The theoretical part defines terms such as trade, business activity, suppliers, methods and criteria for selection of suppliers. The selection and evaluation methods of suppliers, as well as services provided by supply companies, are described in this part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis describes the research and functioning of Vietnamese grocery stores and it also does research work on the given problem.
