Cílem mé práce je analýza variace produktu ruských restaurací v Praze a návrhy na její zlepšení. Relevance zvoleného tématu je způsobeno obrovským ruským obce v Praze. The aim of my thesis is analysis of variation of the product of Russian restaurants in Prague and suggestions for it’s improvement.
