Diplomová práca poskytuje teoreticko-metodologické východiska k fiškálnej politike, štátnemu rozpočtu, verejnému dlhu, Paktu stability a rastu. Analyzuje a hodnotí dôsledky uplatňovania konkrétneho typu fiškálnej politiky v rámci jej realizácie v národnom hospodárstve ako aj vznik fiškálnej nerovnováhy v členských krajinách EÚ.
