Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlivu kontinuálního nošení kontaktních čoček na metabolismus a přívod kyslíku rohovce. Cílem je srovnání pachymetrických změn rohovky u kontinuální aplikace hydrogelových a silikonhydrogelových kontaktních čoček. Abstract:
This diploma thesis examines the influence of continuous wearing of contact lenses on metabolism and oxygen feed of the cornea. The aim is to compare changes in corneal thickness with continuous wearing of silikonhydrogel and hydrogel contact lenses.
