Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá převodem obchodního závodu, k němuž dochází na základě smlouvy o koupi závodu. V první kapitole se zaměřuje na definování pojmu obchodní závod a pobočka. Druhá kapitola rozebírá samotnou smlouvu o koupi závodu. V poslední části zpracovává modelový příklad, při němž vychází z poznatků z předchozí kapitoly. This bachelor thesis deals with a contract of sale of a business enterprise. The first chapter focuses on the definition of the term business enterprise and affiliate. The second chapter focuses on particular parts of the contract of sale of the enterprise. The last chapter deals with an example, which shows, how to create this type of contract.
