Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje popisu státní složky Probační a mediační služby ČR. Zaměřuje se na probační a mediační činnost, na její uplatnění v trestní justici a také na alternativní tresty a výkon trestů. Dále je v práci obsažen popis klienta této služby a sociální práce probačního pracovníka. Praktická část se zabývá zjištěním možných faktorů ovlivňující spolupráci probačního úředníka s klientem.

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of the state component of the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic. It focuses on probation and mediation activity, its application in criminal justice as well as on alternative punishments and execution of punishments.
