Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je analyzovat systém odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve stánkovém prodeji vybrané společnosti a následně navrhnout řešení ke zlepšení stávajícího systému. V teoretické části jsou na základě odborné literatury popsány základní pojmy a teorie spjaté s daným tématem. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou vybrané společnosti a jejího současného systému odměňování a motivace pro prodejce. Na závěr je na základě výsledků z dotazníkového šetření navrženo konkrétní řešení pro zlepšení systému ve firmě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on system of rewarding and motivating employees. The goal of this thesis is to analyze system of rewarding and motivating employees in street market sales of selected company and then suggest improving solution of current system. In the theoretical part, based on scholarly literature, there are basic terms and theories linked with this topic. Practical part is focused on characteristic selected company and its current system of rewarding and motivating for sellers. At the end there is suggestion of factual solution to improve system in company which is based on results of questionnaires.
