Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá ochranou nezapsaných označení. Jádrem práce je výklad o nekalosoutěžní ochraně nezapsaných označení a o ochraně nezapsaných označení ve vztahu k zapsaným předmětům průmyslových práv (ochranné známky, obchodní firma, průmyslové vzory). This thesis provides a description of protection of unregistered signs. A commentary of protection against unfair competition and protection relating to objects of industrial property (trademarks, trade name, industrial designs) is the core of the thesis.
