Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je implementace softwaru na tvorbu, řízení a distribuci personalizované dokumentace zákazníkovi v prostředí Komerční banky. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Analyticko-teoretická část má za cíl získat soupis požadavků. Z analýzy současného stavu a výzkumu, jsou získány požadavky kladené bankou. Ty jsou následně doplněny o požadavky, které jsou dány teoretickými a legislativními principy komunikace se zákazníky v bankovním sektoru. Druhá, praktická část, tyto požadavky převádí na návrh nového sytému, jehož středem je nástroj OpenText Exstream. Tento systém je schopný, na základě vstupní dat, vytvořit a různými komunikačními kanály distribuovat, velké objemy, plně personalizované dokumentace. V závěrečné části je nástroj implementován a integrován s dalšími bankovními systémy a je vyhodnocen jeho přínos s ohledem na definované požadavky.

Abstract:

The subject of this master’s thesis is implementation of software for creation, management and distribution of personalized documentation to customer at Komerční banka. Thesis is separated into two parts. Aim of the analytical-theoretical part is obtain a list of requirements. Bank requirements are specified from analysis of the as-is state and research. These are supplemented by requirements that are given by the theoretical and legislative principles of communication with customers in the banking sector. The second part translates these requirements into the design of a new system, where OpenText Exstream is the core tool. Based on input data, this system is able to produce large volumes of a fully personalized documents and distribute them by various communication channels. In the final part the tool is implemented and integrated with other banking systems and meeting defined requirements is evaluated.
