Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému vzdělávání ve vybrané organizaci. Jejím cílem je prozkoumání a zhodnocení současného systému a následně navržení vhodných doporučení pro jeho zlepšení, a to s ohledem na odbornou literaturu a nabídku moderních metod vzdělávání. Teoretická část se věnuje pojetí a významu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve firmě. Definuje základní pojmy potřebné k pochopení zkoumané problematiky, zabývá se jednotlivými fázemi cyklu vzdělávání a jejich funkcemi. Kromě toho se kapitoly v teoretické části věnují klasifikaci vzdělávacích metod a následně popisuje metody realizované na pracovišti nebo mimo něj. Popisuje také současné trendy ovlivňující vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve firmě a uvádí moderní vzdělávací metody. Kapitoly praktické části bakalářské práce představují vybranou organizaci, popisují její strukturu a současný vzdělávací systém. Dále se praktická část zabývá představením a analyzováním výsledků smíšeného výzkumu, konkrétně dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných interview. Závěrem této části bakalářské práce je návrh doporučení pro zlepšení systému vzdělávání ve vybrané organizaci.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the education system in a selected organization. Its aim is to examine and evaluate the current system and then propose appropriate recommendations for its improvement, considering the professional literature and the modern methods of education. The theoretical part deals with the concept and importance of learning and development of employees in the company. It defines the basic concepts necessary to understand the issue under study, discusses the different phases of the training cycle and their functions. In addition, the chapters in the theoretical part are devoted to the classification of training methods and then describe the methods implemented in the workplace or outside it. It also describes current trends affecting the training and development of employees in the company and presents modern training methods. The chapters of the practical part introduce the selected organisation, describe its structure and the current education system. Furthermore, the practical part deals with the presentation and analysis of the results of the mixed-methods research, namely the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. This part of the bachelor thesis concludes by proposing recommendations for improving the training system in a selected organization.
