Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí, v první, teoretické části, popisuji obecně poznatky o pojmech učitel, další vzdělávání učitelů, formy vzdělávání, legislativní rámec a kariérní řád pro učitele. Druhá, praktická část, je věnována vlastnímu průzkumu dalšího vzdělávání učitelů, jejich zájmu, spokojenosti, motivaci; průzkum byl prováděn na vybraných středních školách. V empirické části zveřejním výsledky průzkumného šetření, tato část práce se opírá o analýzu výsledků dotazníkového šetření učitelů vybraných středních škol v okrese Nový Jičín.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the further education of teachers. The work is divided into two parts, the first, theoretical part, I describe in general terms the knowledge of the teacher inservice training, forms of education, legislative framework and career structure for teachers. The second part is devoted to the exploration of further education teachers, their interest, satisfaction, motivation; The survey was conducted at selected secondary schools. In the empirical part, will publish results of the survey, this part is based on an analysis of survey results teachers selected secondary schools in the district of Novy Jicin.
