Proposal of Project for the Introduction of Controlling in the Company Kroměřížské technické služby, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh projektu zavedení controllingu do společnosti Kroměřížské technické služby, s.r.o. Absence controllingu v této společnosti byla podnětem k výběru tohoto tématu. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí: teoretická část, praktická část a projektová část. V teoretické části budou popsány základní pojmy týkající se oblasti controllingu, z nichž bude vycházet praktická část. Základem praktické části bude představení společnosti Kroměřížské technické služby, s.r.o. a provedena analýza současného stavu ří-zení společnosti, která poskytne klíčové informace pro další vývoj práce. Projektová část - návrh projektu zavedení controllingu bude obsahovat začlenění a hlavní úkoly controllera, úkoly jednotlivých oddělení pro podporu projektu. Projekt bude ukončen výčtem rizik, přínosů a bude zhodnocen z hlediska nákladovosti a efektivnosti. Nebude chybět časový harmonogram. V závěru diplomové práce bude zhodnocena celá práce jako komplex.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is Proposal of Project introduction of controlling in the into the com-pany Kroměřížské technické služby, s.r.o. The absence of controlling in this company prompted the selection of this topic. The thesis is divided into three parts: the theoretical part, the practical part and project part. The theoretical part will describe the basic concepts of con-trolling, from which the practical part will be based. The basis of the practical part will be the introduction of the company Kroměříž technical service, s.r.o. and an analysis of the current management status of the company, which will provide key information for future work development. The project part - design of controlling implementation project will include integration and main tasks of controller, tasks of individual departments for project support. The project will end with a list of risks, benefits and will be evaluated in terms of cost and efficiency. There will be no timetable. At the end of the thesis the whole work will be evaluated as a complex.
