Manifestion of aggression and bullying at the first stage of primary school

Abstract:

Šikana mezi žáky ve školách je v současné době stále závažným a rozšířeným problémem. Odborníci věnující se problematice šikany uvádějí, že každé páté dítě v české škole je obětí šikany. Je tedy nutné, abychom se tímto problémem stále zabývali. Poznatky o tom, jak šikaně předcházet, jak ji rozpoznávat a úspěšně řešit, je nutné dostat do povědomí pedagogů a ředitelů škol. Je také nutné dále vzdělávat učitele, informovat rodiče, jak mohou pomoci svému dítěti. Největší pozornost by však měla být věnována práci s třídními kolektivy a vztahům mezi žáky.Tato práce se zaměřuje zejména na projevy agrese a šikany. Cílem bylo zmapovaní dětské agrese a šikany v mladším školním věku: jak se projevují, jak jim můžeme předcházet a jak je můžeme řešit.V praktické části se seznamuje s výsledky pilotážního výzkumu dotazníku zabývajícího se zjišťováním šikany mezi žáky prvního stupně, jehož cílem bylo zjištění funkčnosti a vhodnosti třídách prvního stupně základní školy. Podrobněji jsou zde rozebrány jednotlivé položky dotazníku, včetně výsledků z prevýzkumu.Výsledky této práce by v budoucnosti mohly posloužit pro vytvoření modifikace dotazníku pro žáky 1. až 3. ročníku prvního stupně ZŠ.

Abstract:

The school bullying is serious and widespread problem of this time.Experts dealing with the issue of bullying reported that every fifth child in a czech school is victim of bullying. It is therefore necessary that we examine this problem still. Knowledges on how to prevent bullying, how to recognize and successfully solve it, it is necessary to get into the awareness of teachers and schoolmasters. It is also necessary to educate teachers, to instruct parents how they can help their child. Most needed task is transformation of relationships between pupils.Thesis focuses mainly on manifestations of aggression and bullying at the first stage of primary school. The focus of research is to map the children's aggression and bullying between pupils at younger school age: manifestations, prevention and solutions of bullying.. Practical part of thesis presents the results of research survey dealing with bullying between pupils at the first stage of primary school, whose purpose is to detect the functionality and suitability in classes of primary school. More details are addressed each item of questionnaire, including the results of this work. In the future the results of this work could serve to create a modified questionnaire for pupils of 1. to 3. class at first stage of primary school.
