Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku psychické zátěže a spokojenosti u zaměstnanců v oblasti personalistiky. Přiměřená míra psychické zátěže je důležitá pro výkon jejich profese vedoucí k požadovaným cílům organizace.
