Motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je získat hluboké porozumění a znalosti v oblasti motivace, konkrétněji v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců na pracovišti. Seznamte se s motivačním systémem v organizacích a zjistěte možná zlepšení, která zlepší blahobyt zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce pojednává o pojmech motivace; projděte si během COVID stávající motivační teorie, pracovní spokojenost, angažovanost v práci a práci na dálku. Pro zodpovězení výzkumných otázek navrhovaných autorem o kategoriích, jako je motivace v práci, pracovní spokojenost a motivace při práci na dálku, byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda výzkumu. Celkem bylo vybráno 15 dotazovaných, kteří shromáždili údaje a použili je pro další analýzu. Tato metoda umožňuje autorovi porozumět tématům zájmu, pomáhá získat cenné hloubkové vhledy a podrobnosti od respondentů a poté jim pomáhá vše analyzovat a na základě zjištění dospět k určitému závěru.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to acquire a deep understanding and knowledge in motivation, more specific in motivating employees in the workplace. Learn about motivation system in organizations and figure out possible improvements that will improve the wellbeing of employees. The theoretical part of the thesis will discuss the concepts motivation; go over existing motivational theories, job satisfaction, job engagement and remote working during COVID. To answer the research questions proposed by the author about categories such as motivation at work, job satisfaction and motivation during remote working, a qualitative research method has been chosen. A total of 15 interviewees were chosen to collect data and use it for further analysis. This method allows the author get an understanding of the topic of interest, help obtaining precious in-depth insights and details from the interviewees, and then help analyze it all and come to a certain conclusion based on the findings.
