Analysis of the benefits and risks of integrating third-country nationals

Abstract:

Cílem práce je analýza problematiky integrace cizinců z třetích zemí v České republice prostřednictvím nestátních neziskových organizací v Ústeckém kraji. Teoretická část charakterizuje občanskou společnost, neziskový sektor a migraci. Výzkumné šetření v praktické části zjišťuje problémy, se kterými se imigranti potýkají, jaké služby nestátních neziskových organizací využívají a které naopak postrádají. Realizace výzkumu probíhá formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě zjištěných a vyhodnocených údajů jsou zpracovány konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi tak, aby co nejlépe odpovídaly současným poznatkům ze sociální pedagogiky.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the issue of integration of foreigners from third countries in the Czech Republic through non - governmental, non - profit organizations in the Ústí region. The theoretical part characterizes civil society, the non - profit sector and migration. Research in the practical part identifies problems that immigrants struggles with, what non - governmental, non - profit organizations use and services which by contrast lacks. The research is carried out with the form of questionnaire investigation. Based on the identified and analyzed data are processed concrete conclusions and recommendations for practice to the best match with current knowledge of social pedagogy.
