Acquisition of Citizenship by Foreigners - Comparison of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nabýváním státního občanství cizinci v podmínkách České a Slovenské republiky a porovnání přístupů obou zemí. Hlavní důraz je kladen na jednotlivé rozdíly ve vývoji a aktuálním stavu legislativy, týkající se státního občanství, přístupu ke dvojímu občanství, podmínkách a procesu nabývání státního občanství cizinci.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with acquisition of citizenship by foreigners in conditions of the Czech and Slovak Republics and comparison of approaches of both countries. The main emphasis is put on individual differences in the development and current state of legislation concerning citizenship, approach to dual citizenship, conditions and the process of acquiring citizenship by foreigners.
