Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění, jaký efekt na zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance má im-plementace možnosti hybridního pracovního místa. Data byla získána pomocí rozho-vorů s manažery společnosti a dotazníkem směřovaným na řadové zaměstnance ve společnostech umožňující hybridní formu zaměstnání. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to find out what effect the implementation of the hybrid workplace has on employers and employees. The data was obtained through interviews with company managers and a questionnaire aimed at rank-and-file employees in companies allowing a hybrid form of employment.
