Abstract:

Prostřednictvím diplomové práce ?Problematika sociální reintegrace osob propuštěných z výkonu trestu? bych chtěla nahlédnout do procesu sociální reintegrace osob, které se ocitly za branami vězení a na jejich nelehkou situaci po odpykání trestu v souvislosti se snahou opětovného začlenění do společnosti. Teoretická část diplomové práce je ukotvena ve vědní disciplíně, kterou je sociální pedagogika. Ta se v souvislosti s problémem reintegrace zabývá také oblastí sociálních norem, sociálního začleňování a sociální ochrany. V této části práce můžeme proniknout do problematiky reintegrace z pohledu penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na proces reintegrace mužů propuštěných z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, kteří jsou v péči sociálního kurátora. V praktické části se věnuji kvalitativnímu výzkumu, kdy jako základní výzkumnou metodu využívám polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Diplomová práce odkrývá, jak tito muži propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody subjektivně vnímají reintegrační proces, jaká je jejich sociální situace, a které faktory pociťují jako nejrizikovější ve vztahu k potenciální recidivě.

Abstract:

Through the thesis "Problems of social reintegration of persons released from prison" I would like to look into the process of social reintegration of persons who found themselves at the gates of the prison, and their plight after serving a sentence in connection with efforts to reintegrate into society. The theoretical part of the thesis is grounded in a scientific discipline, which is a social pedagogy. In this part we can penetrate into the issue from the perspective of penal rehabilitation and after-care. Specifically, the paper focuses on the process of reintegration of men released from prison who are in the care of a curator. The practical part is devoted to qualitative research, which as a basic research method I use semi-structured interview. The thesis reveals how these men released from prison subjectively perceive the reintegration process, what is their social situation and the factors they feel as the riskiest in relation to the potential for relapse.
