Cílem této práce je srovnávací studie shlukovacích metod. V práci jsou popsány základní skupiny shlukovacích metod a jejich nejznámější zástupci. Součástí práce je vytvořená aplikace implementující vybrané shlukovací metody. Tyto metody jsou v experimentální části srovnány na vybraných benchmarkových úlohách z rozdílné problematiky shlukování. The goal of this thesis is the comparative study of clustering methods. The thesis describes the basic groups of clustering methods and their most common representations. An application implementing the select clustering methods is a part of this thesis.
