Abstract:
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je právnická osoba jako subjekt práva. Práce obsahuje sedm kapitol, ve kterých tento občanskoprávní institut popisuji. Zavedení tohoto institutu provázela dlouhá léta celá řada právních předpisů a jednotlivých teorií, a konečně institut právnické osoby vznikl v 19 století. The subject of below Bachelor thesis is a legal person in law. My work contains seven chapters which are describing this subject in civil institution. Opening of this institute was supported with legal works, and theories for many years, and institute of the legal entity had been created in the 19th century.
