Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Rozvoj lidských zdrojů v podniku (případová studie)" je analýza rozvojových potřeb v oblasti lidských zdrojů v konkrétním podniku a následný návrh (projektování) vzdělávací akce vedoucí ke zlepšení situace v této oblasti. Teoretická část práce pojednává o lidských zdrojích, jejich řízení a rozvoji a o systému vzdělávání a jeho jednotlivých fázích. V praktické části práce je s využitím poznatků teoretické části práce a popisné části případové studie provedeno empirické šetření prostřednictvím vybraných metod (metoda rozhovoru, metoda 360° zpětné vazby a metoda pozorování). Na základě výsledků empirického šetření jsou metodou komparace stanoveny rozvojové potřeby a s přihlédnutím k poznatkům teoretické části práce navržena (projektována) vzdělávací akce, jejíž realizace povede ke zlepšení situace v dané oblasti.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis called "Development of human resources in the company (case study)" is an analysis of development needs in the field of human resources in a particular company and subsequent application of training events to improve the situation in this area. The theoretical part deals with human resources, management and development of them and with the education system and its various phases. In the empirical part of this thesis, using of theoretical knowledge of this thesis and the descriptive part of the case studies, there is carried out the empirical investigation of selected methods (interview method, the method of 360 ° feedback and method of observation). Development needs are determined by comparing, based on the results of empirical investigation, and there are also, taking into account knowledge of theoretical part of this thesis, projected training activities whose implementation will improve the situation in the area.
