Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma rozpoznávání závažnosti psychických obtíží a potřeby vyhledat psychoterapii. Jejím cílem je tuto oblast zmapovat a identifikovat témata, se kterými se pojí. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je, proč i přes zažívanou psychickou nepohodu někteří lidé váhají, zdali je potřeba vyhledat psychoterapii. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of recognising the severity of psychological distress and the need for treatment.
