Diplomová práce si za hlavní cíl klade objasnit význam institutu informovaného souhlasu v českém právu, následně přijít na nejvhodnější šíři jedné jeho obsahové náležitosti, a to zmiňování rizik spojených se zá-krokem. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to clarify the importance of the institute of informed consent in Czech law and “subsequently” to come up with the most appropriate breadth of one of its content requirements, which is mentioning the risks associated with the surgical pro-cedure.
