Obligations of the Tort
Abstract:
Závazky z deliktů je nový název pro odpovědnost za škodu, která má za následek náhradu škody. Zatímco starý občanský zákoník preferoval uvedení v předešlý stav, nový občanský zákoník preferuje peněžní náhradu.
Abstract:
Obligations of the tort is the new name for the responsibility for the demage that has resulted in demages. While the old code favored a reversion to the previous state, the new civil code prefers cash compensation.
