Autor: Petra Šottnerová Vedoucí diplomové práce: PhDr. Alena Lubasová Instituce: Fakulta sociálních studií, MU Brno Název práce: Zkušební doba přidělených zaměstnanců personální agentury Počet slov: 22 877 V diplomové práci se zabývám procesem zajišťování zaměstnanců, adaptačními a stabilizačními procesy ve zkušební době zaměstnanců personální agentury přidělených pro výkon práce u klienta. Hlavním cílem je nalezení odpovědi na otázku: Jak lze zefektivnit proces zajišťování zaměstnanců, aby došlo ke snížení fluktuace ve zkušební době? Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení nejdůležitějších pojmů týkajících se procesu zajišťování zaměstnanců a faktory jejich stabilizace. Empirická část představuje personální agenturu a její činnost. Zároveň popisuje výše zmíněné procesy z praktického hlediska. Cíle práce jsem se snažila dosáhnout použitím výzkumných technik studia dokumentů, analýzy dat fluktuace a dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsem navrhla opatření, která by mohla směřovat ke zmírnění fluktuačních tendencí z organizace ve zkušební době.

Word count: 22 877 The topic of the thesis is the process of staffing, adaptation and stabilization of employees of the personnel agency, who are temporarily assigned to perform the job for client. These processes are being explored during employee’s probationary period. The objective is to find an answer to a question: How can be the efficiency of the staffing process improved, in order to reduce the personnel turnover during the probationary period? The theoretical section explains the most important terms in the field of staffing and the factors of employee’s stabilization. Empirical section introduces the personnel agency and its activity. Furthermore it describes all above mentioned processes from the practical point of view. The objective was reached with the usage of techniques of analysis of documents, analysis of the fluctuation from the organization and the questionnaire. The recommendations for improvement were designed according to results of the research.
